Primary QuEST Multi-Academy Trust

Flourishing together through LIFE

Pastoral Lead

Hello, I’m Beth Hodgson and I’m a mum of two, a little boy aged 5 and a girl aged 3.

I’ve worked within the trust for two years across two schools, during this time I have supported children, with a variety of needs, in class, out of class, with academic interventions, emotional support interventions, metal health support and family support.

Prior to working at the trust I worked in early years, specialist provision (primary and secondary) and mainstream primary schools. I hold a Bachelor of Science full Honours degree in Child and Adolescent mental health, I’m a drawing and talking practitioner and have been trained in emotional support interventions, such as emotion coaching.

My role within the Primary Quest Multi-Academy Trust is the Trust Pastoral Lead.

This role aims to oversee and be responsible for pastoral support across the schools which includes; all pastoral interventions such as ELSA provision, mental health support, promoting positive, effective behaviour management and family support.

I will be meeting and working with staff at each school to ensure all children referred for support are receiving the interventions they need.

If there is something you think I can support you or your child with, please do not hesitate to contact me on my email: bhodgson@primaryquest.co.uk.
